This is not just an attempt in developing new ways of communicating but it is also an attempt to speed up these modes of communication.

The 4G internet has been hailed as the next best thing in providing high speed and reliable internet connectivity especially in the large cities that have populations and thus an equally high demand for fast internet. The features that make the 4G internet to offer such remarkable services is that fact that it is uses IP packet technology and not the closed circuit type that its predecessors have been using.

For this reason it will taken up for use for both commercial as well as domestic purposes such as in the VOIP services. It is also said that those who use it on a mobile basis are less able to enjoy the fast speed connectivity than those who use stationery 4G internet.

These platforms have notably been a launch pad for businesses that initially do not have an online presence but are now making immense profits from the exposure they have acquired from the social networks.

The main advantage of using the social networking sites as a business is that internet marketing and advertising opportunities are too big to miss out. In just a short while of getting good exposure and establishing a following the product that you are selling or a service that you are offering could generate a flash flood of customers who are interested in this.

All sorts of advertising can be done and these sites which my range from advertising small scale services to substantial business products that are in need not just in your locality but also in other parts of the country and indeed the world.

There are several hotspots in large cities but this is not always the case in the small ones.

For areas that do not have hotspots, air cards are now widely used. With these devices, all you need to do is plug one in your laptop. This allows you to access internet using mobile phone services. Air cards are very fast and reliable but the disadvantage is that they are actually expensive.

Another option that you have when you are in an area that does not have a hotspot is to use a smart phone. These phones are fast and have more enhanced features and applications that make internet access so much easier. The only disadvantage you get is that the screens on these phones are small.

Every new technology has some disadvantages as well as advantages associated with it and the same goes with web. In today’s world, web threats are increasing day by day because of the increasing cyber crimes. With such a huge threat passive defense method cannot be helpful and effective because there are multiple host pages who are injecting attacks with the help of dynamic links content. The users are guided to such poison results by search engine unknowingly.

Nowadays the websites which are considered to be trusted are the main center of web threats as the people are downloading without looking. The cases of web applications created vulnerability is increasing day by day and it has become the matter of concern for most of the people as there are no web applications in the market who can claim that they are free from any danger which can be in terms of security and privacy.

In the recent years there have been numerous cases of vulnerabilities created by web applications. Although there has been increasing concern from the concerned parties about the security and questions continue to be asked on whether there’s adequate protection for the sensitive data that is usually transferred through the web. At the moment, no web application technology has proved itself to be invulnerable to the dangers faced by such owners or users in terms of security and privacy aspects.

Most security professionals have over the years focused on both network and operating system security to curb this vice. The assessment procedures relied heavily on the automated tools to find and eliminate any loopholes in these layers. The tools were generally developed by a number of skilled technical individuals. At the moment a silver bullet which cures the web applications demerits is still under construction and the first approach is to help individuals understand the inherent problems associated with this.

Storing data over the internet is a critical aspect that facilitates the transmission of information over long distances. Storing of data has over the years helped create a global village by linking people, businesses and organizations.

Data can be stored over the internet in different ways and this may include email and email attachments, Web pages, Internet applications or a file on a desktop or notebook computer or on a mobile device. However, these methods are prone to risks and may lead to loss of data through unauthorized access or malfunction of either hardware or software.

To make sure that the data remains secure it is always advisable to use encrypting technology that only grants access to authorized recipients. This method however requires a web browser and a web server that uses HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) rather than the more common HTTP. It’s advisable that users storing sensitive data use the HTTPS model.

Botnets are referred to as a network of computers that have been infected by malware which controls their various functions such as the sending of spam and viruses to other computers. More often than not, the users and the owners of the computers are never aware that such control has been established.

Botnets rapidly grow in size and number and this leads to a severe effect on the functioning of the computers. Despite the fact that the user or the computer may not be aware of the presence of Botnets, it is created by individuals out of ill will as there are no set beneficial uses of Botnets.

Research on the effect of Botnets on computers has established that they currently make up the biggest threat to the internet community. They can not only send email attacks but also steal data from various users who may have valuable documents and information in the computer.

Google Wave is a group collaboration tool which makes it easy for several people to work together on a single document on the web. Google Wave combines some of the best features from modern web applications such as email, instant messenger, wiki’s and forums into a single hybrid interface.

Rather than pass multiple copies of messages back and forth, Wave hosts a single copy of a conversation that all participants can edit and add to. Wave displays the latest version of the conversation to everyone in the group in real-time, even as it’s changing. One can reply inline right beneath a certain part of the text with one click, and others can respond to one’s inline reply in that thread. Wave sounds a whole lot like instant messenger.

With Wave one can’t: Remove participants from a wave if that participant is not a bot; make a wave read-only; delete waves or remove participants from waves; prevent someone you added as a participant form making the wave public, and thus exposing a potentially private conversation; upload files.

This is the address which is common to most home broadband routers. It is usually sold under the brand names Belkin as well as SMC.

The 192.168.2.1 is the default IP address set at the factory. Changes to this router are made through contact with the network router administrative console. The best part about private addresses is the fact that they can be used repeatedly as long as one is on a different network. They are also non-route thus it is only one device which should be used on a particular network at any given time so as to avoid address conflicts.

The 192.168.2.1 holds data to the end when a user of the computer requests information from the web, then the IP address teams up with the nodes so as to effect the action and this associates the Network Address Translator.

This virus makes the user think that it is beneficial in order to effect the computer application thus it is quite difficult to remove. The virus hides in useful files then after it has been completely installed in the system it begins to infect the files in the computer.

The Trojan horse virus steals important files from the computer then sends them to the internet servers of the developer of this virus thus giving him power to control the computer. This virus causes the computer to become slow. Windows also pop up unexpectedly even when the user is not performing any activity. The final result is a computer crash.

This virus spreads primarily through email attachments, chat software like Yahoo Messenger or Skype. It also sends itself to the people who are in the address book of a user whose computer has been infected.
