The market is full of USB and pen drives, which act as an external storage media, can be used to transfer files from one system to another. You just need to copy the files required from the system to the external device then connect it to the other system and transfer it from there.

Use of LAN for sharing:
Here you can transfer in two modes. First is wired one where the systems are connected with each other with a LAN cable.
Other is wireless transfer where the speed may be quite slow when compared.
If you are using the proper desktop, another method is to remove the hard disk of that system and connect it to the other system that way you can transfer the files easily.
This can only be done if the user knows how to properly remove and connect the hard disk in to the computer.

It may prove to be difficult when it comes to choosing the best web hosting service for your website. If you are already dealing with a particular web host, do not be in a hurry to move to another. You will have to examine it well and see the services that they provide before you can decide to move your files.

Before you move to another web-hosting provider, make sure that you know what you want for your website. This is to make sure that the web host provider has your requirements. There are those that offer free trials before you get into an agreement with them. You can try them out and see whether they fit your criteria. Do not commit any money until you are satisfied, if not you can have your money back.

Undoubtedly, client based EMR gives more control to you, it is faster and you will not need to depend over the internet to access your data. However, it is an expensive option and that is why, most clients choose web based EMR.

Web based EMR is an affordable solution not only in terms of initial set but also regular maintenance. The IT professionals of the hosting vendor will be responsible to maintain it and thus, you will not need to spend any money in that line. With the help of online backup service, you will have access to your data from almost every part of the world, as far as you have an internet connection.

You have to consider all these things while making your decision in favor of web based or client server based EMR.
